The Elliott-Lewis Corporation is currently seeking a Licensed Building Engineer for a center city high-rise office building. This position is for the 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift. Ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, written and verbal communication skills. Position requires technical knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. First hand, working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred but not required.

 Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts.

 Assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs.

 Researches and presents reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services.

 Provides technical training to clients and communicates customer feedback into future product developments.

 Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.

Requires 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty preferred. Auto Cad and/or Visio desirable. Candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The successful candidate must be organized and detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
